The products purchased on www.grimandicalzature.it are sold directly by Grimandi calzature SNC di Grimandi Mario & c. with registered office in Via Roma 1 – 40052 Baricella (BO) Italy, registered in the register of Companies of Bologna (BO) Italy with n ° 03770370371 and Bo N°313953. Payments, refunds and all monetary transactions generated by the purchases and returns are received, sent and processed by the company Grimandi calzature SNC di grimandi Mario & c. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase a product by accepting the "Sales contract" that is described in point 2 of this page. We remind you that Grimandi calzature SNC on the website www.grimandicalzature.it carries out its business of electronic commerce exclusively against its users who are "final consumers": with this definition we refer to a natural person who acts with purposes extraneous to his business, entrepreneurial or professional, possibly carried out.
The official language to conclude the contract with www.grimandicalzature.it is Italian. The texts present in other languages, therefore, have only an accessory character compared to those in Italian.

 

2. Sales Contract

They are offered for sale exclusively brand and first quality products that are purchased directly from the seller at manufacturers of fashion brands, retailers and official distributors, carefully selected according to the highest standards of quality we require. Grimandi calzature is therefore the official authorized dealer of all trademarks sold on its website. The seller sells quality products equal to the corresponding standard offered on the market and does not sell used products.

 

4. Shipping and delivery

Grimandi calzature dispatches its products through the Express service of DHL or UPS selected by us according to the destination location. The customer will be given the tracking number at the time of shipment so that he can follow its progress. In the event that www.grimandicalzature.it should receive orders to be delivered in areas not served by regular shipping services can always reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the value of the same to the buyer without any penalty. In case of payment via PayPal account as shipping address will be used that of PayPal and no other addresses. When the customer receives the goods, please check the package carefully before affixing a signature to proof of delivery of the shipment. If the packaging is damaged or if the adhesive tape is tampered with, the customer is kindly requested to sign the receipt "with reserve" or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or evidence of tampering with the neck, the customer is requested to immediately return the incident to the local office of the Courier and to contact us by sending an e-mail to the address info@grimandicalzature.it

 

4.1. Shipment & Fees for USA
Any local taxes and taxes of the individual States are not included and are charged to the customer. Grimandi calzature does not have offices in the U.S.A. and can neither collect nor pay Use Tax or Sales Tax on the Client’s behalf. U.S.A. State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases at the end of the fiscal year. Grimandi calzature cannot be held responsible for these taxes under any circumstances. All shipments destined for Countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

4.1.1 Importer Requirements for USA
Grimandi calzature does not have a branch in the U.S.A. to import orders, therefore the Client is considered the final importer. Private U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens residing in the U.S.A., who import Internet goods from abroad, are required to have a Social Security Number or a Tax ID Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker.
Non-U.S. citizens/residents who DO NOT have a Social Security Number can provide an assigned Importer Number from the CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). The process to obtain a CBP assigned Import Number generally takes 10 business days.

4.2. Not delivered orders and/or refused delivery by the Client
If the package is not delivered successfully to the Customer's address due to lack of cooperation (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations) the parcel is likely to be sent back to Italy at Customer's expenses included any import taxes that can be assessed upon return to Italy (minimum cost 35.00 Euro). These charges will be deducted from any refunds.

 

5. Dispute resolution

The European Commission has established an online platform providing an alternative dispute resolution tool to inform the resident consumer in Europe that under Regulation No 524/2013. This instrument may be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial way any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded on the net and/or deriving from them.
